These Terms (the “Terms”) govern use of our Site, attendance at classes, and all services provided by Sloane Space (“we”, “us”, “the Studio”). By booking a class, purchasing a package, or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

  • Sloane Space is registered in United Kingdom at 38 Copperfield Street, SE1 0EA, London.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.

2. Memberships, Packages & Payments

  • Types offered: pay-as-you-go classes, class packs, memberships, and corporate/group packages.

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. Class credits and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If your package expires before you're able to use it, we may offer an extension at our discretion.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid losing the session credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your class credit and no refund will be issued.

  • For private events or studio hire, separate cancellation terms will apply.

4. Health & Safety

  • You must complete a health questionnaire before your first class.

  • You confirm that you are physically fit to take part in Lagree and other classes offered by Sloane Space.

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before the session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe your participation could risk your health or safety.

5. Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your class starts. Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons.

  • Mobile phones must be on silent during class.

  • Wear suitable activewear and grip socks (mandatory for Lagree).

  • Respect our equipment, instructors, and fellow members.

  • No smoking, alcohol, or intoxicated behavior is permitted. We reserve the right to terminate membership or refuse access for violations.

7. Filming & Marketing

  • We may take photos/videos inside the Studio for marketing purposes. Inform us in writing if you wish to opt-out.

  • Any client-led filming requires prior written approval. Studios may be hired for filming but must follow these rules.

8. Guests & Group Bookings

  • Guests are permitted by arrangement and under the host member’s responsibility.

  • Group bookings must comply with minimum numbers, and cancellation/deposit terms will apply as per agreement.

9. Data & CCTV

  • We collect your personal data under our Privacy Policy, which you agree to upon booking.

  • CCTV may be in operation for safety and legal compliance (excluding private areas)

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom and any disputes will be handled within its courts.
